A post-fire PAM supply agreement should include a proportionate response when the runoff changes. The water qualified during the first evaluation may not represent later erosion, channel sediment or a different storm sequence. Rescreening terms make that uncertainty manageable without assuming that every new event requires a complete procurement restart.

Record the accepted reference conditions

Keep the sample source, observed feed characteristics, preparation recipe and accepted operating results together. Identify which conditions were actually tested and which were not. A grade description alone does not explain why it was selected or how confidently it can be used on a changed feed.

Ask Xinqi Polymer to retain the relevant sample identity and recommendation record. The anionic PAM family can include candidates with different behaviour; a changed feed should not be met with an unrecorded switch based only on a similar commercial name.

Define meaningful review triggers

Agree observations or measurements that prompt investigation, such as a new sediment source, unusual water chemistry, changed upstream additions or persistent performance outside the accepted range. Distinguish these from instrument faults or preparation failures. Reviewing the cause first avoids blaming the product for every change in water appearance.

Keep any reassessment inside approved site controls. Staff should not collect an unsafe storm sample or continue treating unsuitable water simply to complete a supplier's comparison. Use the established holding and shutdown arrangements while the next decision is made.

Scope the repeat work

Specify whether the supply agreement includes additional sample review, laboratory screening, technical interpretation or field attendance. Define response times and the information needed to start the work. Preserve the incumbent and candidate results under comparable conditions so the decision remains traceable.

Connect approval to the revised programme

Document whether the existing grade remains suitable, needs an adjusted qualified operating range or requires replacement. Any change must receive the relevant technical and environmental review. Update the product, preparation and monitoring records before releasing routine stock. A rescreening arrangement buys an organised response to changing evidence, not a promise that one product will work unchanged throughout watershed recovery.

Connect the offer to the operating evidence

Review Post-Fire Sediment Returns in the Second Wet Season for the related field or process question. Include those conditions when requesting product information or a quotation, and agree the evidence required before releasing a routine order.
